CROSS-GRADE LEARNING WITH DIFFERENTIATION AREA

A SPACE CONCEPT FOR ALL AGES.

Current brain and development research shows that the mental, psychological and physical development of children does not take place in parallel. Clear differences are already apparent at the age of 7. Primary school therefore not only brings together children of different social backgrounds, nationalities and religions, but also inevitably very unequal levels of development and learning requirements - with and without disabilities.

A primary school that aspires to be "a school for all" must therefore develop forms of learning and organisation that use diversity as an opportunity. Inter-year learning (JüL) offers a good opportunity for this.

With this in mind, the learning space shown here can be easily adapted to all needs and working methods thanks to the movable furniture.

Chairs with easily adjustable footrests allow learners of different heights to sit comfortably, ergonomically and safely at a uniform height thanks to the adjustable footrest, which helps to keep the room clear.

The triangular tables also allow numerous positioning options and group constellations.

The neighbouring differentiation rooms can be used for concentrated consolidation of learning material or for undisturbed discussions, for example with parents.
