Project

A compact new building that opens up new open spaces thanks to the reduced footprint.

The all-round recess in the window area creates a horizontal structure in the facade. In this area, there is a lively alternation between the window openings and the coloured panels. This vibrancy is continued in the interior through a colour scheme assigned to the individual levels. A sensitive approach to the materials used with regard to their sustainability is just as important as the use of renewable energies, with the aim of achieving a good ecological balance.

Interior design concept

The clear forms of the architecture are continued inside the building. Clear structures give even spacious rooms a clear layout. Targeted colour accents in the relaxation areas invite you to linger and unwind.

Sustainability

Quality, made in Germany. Products that will shape future generations require responsible use of resources. Short production routes, the avoidance of solvents and tropical woods, as well as the fact that legal limits are clearly undercut have already earned A2S numerous seals of approval and certificates.
